He founded the pioneering rock band Los Gatos as lead singer. Its first hit, La Balsa sold an unprecedented 250,000 copies in Argentina and all Latin America. Throughout his career, Litto Nebbia worked in a variety of music genres, such as popular, tango and jazz. Nebbia composes music for films, theatre and TV and has established the record label Melopea. The proceeds of this concert will support two organizations in Argentina,Fundacion Sicilia in General Guemes, Salta to provide scholarships for poor children, and Todos Juntos which provides free dental care for children in shanty towns in Buenos Aires.
